Customer Challenge
- Trust had contracted with one supplier via the autonomous CCS framework
- Limited visibility to the accuracy of their electricity invoices
- Several accounts and payment schedules

Our Solution
- We validated each electricity invoice to highlight any overpaid invoices
- We highlighted anomalies to the supplier, who resolved the queries by credit/re-billing the flagged invoices
- We obtained billing for the last two and half years electronically
- We processed ca. 6,000 invoices over a three-month period via our thorough validation system accompanied by a second, manual check
- We highlighted 30 large sites, which had errors and had been overcharged
- We liaised with the current suppliers to rectify the billing issues
- We completed the exercise and chased the supplier to provide all statement of accounts and refunds to be paid directly to Trust HA

We obtained refunds for the customer of over £49,000.
Validate
Trust wanted us to organise and validate their Gas portfolio, too, after our success with electricity portfolio.
